We recently hosted an inspiring executive forum at our Infosys office in Canary Wharf, London, with over 20 valued clients and partners, alongside Infosys team members, to explore the evolving landscape of personalization in #FinancialServices. We were delighted to welcome Charles Ping, Managing Director EMEA at Winterberry Group, as our keynote speaker. With over 30 years of experience in data, marketing, strategy, and regulation, Charles is a renowned leader and a respected voice in UK advertising and data governance. His engaging session, titled “Data, Personalization, and Customers,” took us on a journey through the modern marketing funnel—covering Awareness, Interest, Intent, and Purchase. Charles highlighted the power of emotional advertising, using a compelling Cadbury’s chocolate campaign to show how storytelling can drive customer connection and response. Charles emphasized the shift from traditional media to personalized, data-driven strategies, framing it as both a challenge and an opportunity. The highlight?
